Sthira is the Sanskrit word for "effort"; Sukha means "comfort". In this masterclass the balance between both qualities will be explored. You are going to learn to use your strength to work flexibility consciously.
Saturday, March 4th
Backbend Workshop
3-6pm
The spine is the main energy channel of the body. This workshop will give you tools to discover the flexibility of your spine and explore it safely.
Sunday, March 5th
Hips Workshop
2-5pm
A workshop focused on creating space and flexibility in the hips, a region that tends to hold a lot of physical and emotional tension.
