This retreat will focus on the balance between strength and flexibility, and the role that plays in a healthy backbending practice.
Backbends help bring your body back into equilibrium and cultivate new, revitalizing energy. This day of complete practice is a great opportunity to rebalance, and welcome in new growth and energy of Spring!

11am - 1pm Asana Practice with focus on creating a balance between strengh and flexibility

3pm - 5:30pm Backbending Workshop
5:30 - 7pm Journey through the Chakras: Yin Yoga and Sound Healing
