During this 2 hour workshop we will focus on upper body flexibility (neck, shoulders and upper back). This will be the opportunity to release the tension in this area of the body, as well as understand the mechanisms of shoulders in yoga movements and postures so you can find more ease in your practice and progress towards more advanced postures like king pigeon, dancer pose, full bow… The workshop will include theory, practice and drills.
All levels welcomed, and options will be provided.
